What happens in the EdgeMakers Program?
Students create their own Superhero, Challenge who has strengths and weaknesses. Used as an ideation technique: ‘How would my superhero solve this problem?’
The FUNNOVATION Challenge
Combine ‘Fun’ and ‘Innovation’ to create solutions that trigger positive behavioural change. Students define their own problem statement and design fun solutions to it! ‘How can we get more people to take stairs and not the escalator by making it more fun?’
Students reflect and discover their own ‘Creative Space’. ‘What are the elements in this space that would bring the best out of me.’ They design their own Woodshed and create a prototype.
Students are introduced to this popular innovation technique used by large companies to bring in new ideas and stay ‘Cool’!
