These special pranayam will give you a complete health by purifying the blood, making the complete digestive system strong, increasing stamina, balancing hormone secretion by all the important glands like thyroid, pancreas, pituitary, adrenalin etc. Bone and Muscle Strength: I have seen, mostly people just torture their body by giving it more stress using different kind of weight exercise without understanding physiology, anatomy of human body. That is the reason most of the people will get sprain, cramp and sometime even damage to ""Back Bone"" (spine: the most important part of skeleton). Another thing, after they leave work out, they suffer with joint pain, loose muscle and sometime arthritis etc. All that happens only because of a very wrong way of exercise. Gym owners recommend to almost all members of body building program just in order to make more money due to big profit margin. This not only causes high cost to the user but also sometime poses certain risk which will occur in long term. Remember, our liver and intestine will absorb the nutrients from food. Most of important secretions happen within body itself - for example 80% of cholesterol will be produced within liver only and rest 20% is contributed by outside food.
