ero Fitness Centre was started in 2000 by Pappu Ale who is a Judo Black Belt. He has received the prestigious EKLAVYA AWARD for excelling in Martial Arts. He has worked for the police department for some time but his passion for sports brought him back to the field of fitness which resulted in a High-Tech HEALTH CLUB - AERO FITNESS CENTRE. The equipment, floor, music, ambience make Aero Fitness centre a very special place to spend quality time with oneself. Pappu Ale, Aero's lead trainer believes that fitness solutions need to be designed for individuals. While some swear by the aerobics work out, some prefer to pump iron at the gym and still others a dance, yoga or Zumba session. Every program is a combination of interesting workouts designed to exercise every muscle for optimum results. What more, Aero has customized fitness regimen for hypertensive, diabetic, arthritic individuals and pregnant women. There are no difficult diets to stick to either. Aero does not prescribe any sort of 'get-thin quick' remedies, for Ale believes that physical activity is the only way to keep fit and lives by his belief too.Losing fat & getting fit are not the finishing lines, but starting points of fitness. If your sole goal is to lose fat and reach your ideal weight you limit yourself - because once you attain it, you stop exercising. Don't put a timer on fitness.
